Collection

What we take and what for

A booking: a name, a phone number, the date, the time and a headcount.

An email: the address you wrote from and whatever the message says, used to reply and nothing more.

Bar and tax records for what is served across the counter, because the law requires them.

Aggregate counts of website visits, never tied back to an individual person.

Answers

Three things people ask about privacy

Who else gets to see this?
Our website host and our accountant, both under confidentiality obligations. Nothing is sold, rented or handed to a marketing company, because we do not do marketing.
Is there an account with my playing history in it?
There is not. This site has no sign-up, no balance and no history of anything, because the games only exist at the tables in the store.
What if I want it corrected or deleted?
Ask us and we will do it within thirty days where no law requires us to keep it. If we handle your complaint badly, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner will take it up.
